Delivery & Returns Policy

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification once your order has been shipped.

For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be determined and shown at checkout.

Free local delivery is offered for orders over £25 within the UK. Deliveries take place from 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday. We will notify you via text message using the phone number you provided at checkout on the day of our arrival.

We do not provide international shipping.

**Returns**  

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Refunds**  

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm that we have it. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The time it takes to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.

**Shipping**  

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
