These Terms and Conditions, along with all Agreements, are collectively referred to as "the Terms." The terms "customer," "you," and "your" refer to the individual browsing our website or making a purchase. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us" refer to Keiko Ltd.

By accessing this website and/or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the full Terms and Conditions outlined herein. These Terms form part of the Agreement between you and us, and your statutory Consumer Rights remain unaffected.

### Export Terms

For customers exporting goods outside the country, the following conditions apply:

- The minimum export order is £50.

- For VAT-exempt goods, collection must be made by a reputable shipping company, which must provide a Collection Note and Bill of Lading for air freight or a Shipment Certificate for sea freight.

- Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfers, and debit cards only.

- Bank transfer funds must be credited to our account before we can release the goods.

- We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.

- Goods must be collected by the shipper within two weeks of purchase.

- Full payment must be received by Uniscends Ltd. before goods can be released to the Freight Agent.

All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to facilitate our services to the Customer.
